Our Australian Long Black base (espresso + hot water) + steamed milk, creamy, milder, warmer, with a touch of milk sweetness and foam on top. It's like a very light latte or a "poor man's flat white" but with more water for volume and less intensity.

Espresso + steamed half-and-half → ultra-creamy, richer texture, higher fat (Heavy cream vs. 3% whole milk), fluffier foam, and a sweeter natural taste without sugar. It's like a latte but upgraded to "milkshake-adjacent" indulgence.

Espresso + steamed milk + thick foam (equal ratios) → balanced strength, drier and foamier than a latte, with that signature thick top layer. Less milky overall than a latte, more structured foam than a flat white.

Vanilla-flavored milk + espresso + caramel drizzle, sweet, dessert-like, milk-forward with caramel notes dominating. It's more like a flavored latte than a true macchiato (traditional macchiato is just espresso "marked" with a tiny bit of foam, no milk or syrups).

Our Chai Latte is crafted to order using premium Masala Chai sourced from the Tea Centre in Courtenay. This authentic loose-leaf blend is steeped fresh for bold, warming flavor. We then blend it with steamed milk (or your choice of alternative) and a touch of natural sweetness, creating a creamy, comforting latte with that perfect cozy spice kick.

Our Cold Brew is steeped to perfection using our house blend of dark roast coffees, crafted right here for a bold, smooth, and refreshing experience. A sleek, balanced espresso drink (1/2-1/2) originating from Spain (where "cortado" means "cut"), featuring espresso "cut" with just enough steamed milk to mellow its intensity without overpowering it. Our Espresso Shot (Single or Double) is pulled fresh using our house-roasted Milano Medium Roast from Rhodos Coffee & Bistro in Courtenay. Espresso forces hot water under high pressure through finely ground coffee for a concentrated 25–60 ml shot packed with complex taste. Enjoy straight for the purest experience.

Our Misto (Caffè Misto) is a comforting, balanced coffee drink made with equal parts of our freshly brewed drip coffee and steamed milk. It's creamy and smooth with a stronger coffee flavor than a latte—think of it as a cozy café au lait with velvety steamed milk for that perfect hot hug.

A Shot in the Dark (also known as a Red Eye, Depth Charge, or similar names) is a simple, powerful coffee booster made by combining freshly brewed drip coffee with one or more shots of espresso poured directly into it.

Our Steamer is a warm, creamy, caffeine-free treat—simply velvety steamed milk blended with your choice of flavored syrup for smooth, comforting sweetness. No coffee or tea involved—just pure indulgence!

We steam fresh milk (or your preferred alternative like oat  at an extr) to silky microfoam perfection, mix in syrup (vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, or any from our selection), and top with a light foam layer. It's like a flavored hot milk hug, ideal for kids, evenings, or anyone skipping caffeine.
